These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the "PassBatch" website and its related services ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms apply to all relationships between you and the Service regarding the use of the Service. By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 2 (Characteristics of the Service)
- The Service is a client-side tool that generates passwords within your browser. Data such as generated passwords or input conditions are NEVER transmitted to or stored on any external servers.
- The Service does not have a function to save or restore generated passwords or their history.
Article 3 (Disclaimer of Warranties)
The Service does not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of system bugs.
Article 4 (Limitation of Liability)
- The management and storage of generated passwords are your sole responsibility. The Service shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the loss of passwords.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to data loss, financial loss, information leakage, or unauthorized access arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.
Article 5 (Prohibited Conduct)
When using the Service, you must not engage in the following acts:
- Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals.
- Acts related to criminal activities.
- Acts that interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Service's website or networks.
- Any other acts that the Service deems inappropriate.
Article 6 (Indemnification)
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Service and its developers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

- Any disputes arising from or relating to the Service or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court in the first instance.
